Everything was wonderful! Your customer service is unsurpassable. Truly -- you made my experience absolutely phenomenal. When I had a little problem with my oven not working, you all stepped in and took care of everything, keeping me informed of all that was happening. When I needed a bike locker, you all again stepped in and made it happen... immediately. Your communication is oustanding, your professionalism and care and kindness are not to be exceeded. This has been an enjoyable stay! The staff here at Ballston place have been absolutely wonderful. They are always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist in any way they can. They have made our stay a pleasant one and I am sad we are leaving. I also want to say thank you to the interim home staff. They are always responsive and willing to assist. Living in temporary quarters with a Pet along with the uncertainty of our departure has been super stressful but you all have made it easy and manageable for us. A big thank you to the entire GTMPCS lodging team!!! We can't thank you enough!

I picked up the rental car from rental company. Things are getting better as my temporary housing is great!

As I reflect back over the past 90 days, I want to say thank you so very much to you, Chris, Amy and everyone at Interim Homes & Guest Services that have been so patient, understanding, and kind throughout my ordeal. I have shared with numerous people my overall wonderful experience with your team, with hopes that I can give back, and that it generates some referral business, which I always love to do. This apartment has been a true blessing in so many ways, especially mentally, and I am grateful.

I can not thank you enough for all your help and support to secure a Corporate apartment at The Haden for my son, Ben, during his internship this summer in McLean.

Everything went so smoothly and it was a great comfort to know that he was being taken care of so well there. The flexibility of his late night arrival was greatly appreciated as well.

I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to McLean this summer and stayed with him. I made sure to impress upon him how lucky he was to have this experience and be able to live at The Haden for the summer. He agreed and told me how other interns were discussing their long commutes at work one day and someone asked how long his was. He smiled and said, “Oh, about 15 min but I walk.” There was a lot of ribbing for that information. 😊
